Samsung Smartthings App Not Working
My SmartThings setup was working fine, with the 2015 v2 hub and using the old app. The old app doesn't work anymore, so I installed the new SmartThings app on my phone. Login to my Samsung account and it doesn't list the hub device. The new app asks for the welcome code which I don't have anymore as it's an old device. This guide says

I have previously installed the Smartthings hub, downloaded the app and set up my devices and automation and it was all working OK. Now when I go to the app on my phone, the app seems to be there but I cannot see the hub or devices. It seems that there is no hub or devices. Yet I can still control devices via Alexa. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Robert I have tried deleting and re-adding it to smartthings, deleting and re-adding it to the TP Link Kasa app, factory restting the device, deleting the TP Link Kasa connection to Smartthings and re-connecting it. I have tried a deprecated device handler but it didnt work either. Does anyone have one of these working in smartthings? How is the new SmartThings app different than SmartThings Classic? I have the WV60M9900AV and the DVE60M9900V. I had them connected to the Smart Home app and everything was working fine until one day notifications stopped worked. I removed them from the Smart Home app and haven't been able to add them to it or the new Smart Things app. My wifi clients are split pretty evenly between 2.4GHz and 5GHz. I added some devices yesterday from the new app on my working iPad. Those devices can not be accessed nor controlled nor do they show a status in the new app but they work fine in the Classic. One of the things support asked me to try was reset network settings. Well, now the new app on my iPad is exhibiting the same issue as the iPhone with 13.3. There are currently two official SmartThings apps available for iOS and Android — SmartThings (formerly Samsung Connect) aka the "new" app and SmartThings Classic..
